Supporting Local South Island/Te Wai Pounamu Actors Into More Work - a Two Day Workshop With Miranda Harcourt
This workshop is geared towards local actors with the aim of helping them score roles in the increasing number of films shooting in the South Island. Miranda aims to cast a number of local actors in the film, from speaking roles to extras. Over a 2 day period Miranda will work on scenes from film and TV in order to open up contemporary screen aesthetics to actors both new and experienced. She would show diverse material from film and TV to exemplify the actors' work and work on audition technique and preparation for the role.
